Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 4.6 handles a million tokens in one conversation
Opus power, Sonnet price

Hi ,
Anthropic just released Claude Sonnet 4.6.
Opus-level intelligence at Sonnet pricing. 1 million token context window. Major upgrades to coding, computer use, and agent planning.
Same price as Sonnet 4.5. Now default for Free and Pro users.
First here’s today lead migration prompt and this week's community wins. Then we'll look at what Sonnet 4.6 actually improves.
🔥 Prompt of the Day 🔥
Lead Data & Contact Import Strategy: Use ChatGPT or Claude
Act as a Database Migration Expert.
I need to move my contact list from my current email provider into GoHighLevel without losing data or deliverability.
Essential Details:
Current Email Provider: [PLATFORM YOU'RE LEAVING]
Number of Contacts: [TOTAL CONTACTS]
Custom Fields: [WHAT DATA YOU TRACK]
Current Segmentation: [HOW CONTACTS ARE ORGANIZED]
List Age: [HOW OLD YOUR LIST IS]
Last Engagement: [WHEN THEY LAST OPENED/CLICKED]
Create one complete migration checklist including:
Data cleaning process (remove duplicates, invalid emails, unengaged contacts)
Custom field mapping (match your current fields to GHL structure)
Tag strategy (use tags to preserve segments and organization)
Import sequence (order to upload contacts to avoid issues)
Re-engagement email strategy (send once imported to ensure high deliverability and warm up GHL reputation)
Verification steps (confirm all data transferred correctly)
Deliverability monitoring (track open rates post-migration)
Keep your most valuable asset intact during platform transition.
🎉 Win Wednesday 🎉
This week's wins from the community.
Sara McClintock shared a big shift.
Her words: "soooo many things. Life has changed since I joined your world."
Why this matters:
No specific tactics. No specific tools. Just the overall transformation.
Sometimes the win isn't one thing. It's everything changing at once.
When someone says "life has changed," that's the compound effect of consistent AI use. Small improvements stacking. New capabilities unlocking. Different possibilities opening.
Most people chase individual wins. The real win is when the entire game changes.
Sondra Verva launched a new membership tier.
Her words: "I launched my new membership tier inside Amplif-AI VIBE CODING Society at $33/mo or $200/yr and within a few hours - sold 3 annual and a monthly. I am super stoked! Vibe Coding for chicks!! woohoo!"
Why this matters:
She didn't wait for perfect. She launched. Within hours, not days or weeks, she had paying members.
3 annual members at $200 = $600. 1 monthly at $33 = $33. Total: $633 in first few hours.
Most people spend months perfecting offers before launching. Sondra tested fast, sold fast, validated fast.
The "Vibe Coding" positioning is specific. Not "coding for everyone." Not "coding made easy." Vibe Coding for chicks. Clear audience. Clear style.
Specificity sells. Generic doesn't.

🗞️ Breaking AI News 🗞️
Anthropic Releases Claude Sonnet 4.6
Anthropic announced Claude Sonnet 4.6, their most capable Sonnet model yet.
Available now as default model for Free and Pro users on claude.ai.
What Changed
Sonnet 4.6 delivers Opus-level intelligence at Sonnet pricing.
Performance that previously required Opus ($15 per million input tokens) now available with Sonnet ($3 per million input tokens).
Key Improvements
Coding: Early users prefer Sonnet 4.6 over Sonnet 4.5 about 70% of the time. They prefer it over Opus 4.5 (November 2025 frontier model) 59% of the time. Less overengineering. Better instruction following. Fewer hallucinations. More consistent multi-step tasks.
Computer use: Major improvement. Can navigate complex spreadsheets, fill multi-step web forms, work across multiple browser tabs. Human-level capability on many tasks.
Context: 1 million token window (beta). Holds entire codebases, lengthy contracts, dozens of research papers. Reasons effectively across all context.
Visual design: Frontend code and visual outputs notably more polished. Better layouts, animations, design sensibility. Fewer iterations to production quality.
Computer Use Progress
Anthropic introduced computer use in October 2024. Called it "experimental—cumbersome and error-prone."
16 months later: steady gains on OSWorld benchmark. Tests hundreds of tasks across real software (Chrome, LibreOffice, VS Code).
No special APIs. Model sees computer and interacts like a person: clicking virtual mouse, typing virtual keyboard.
Still lags skilled humans. But progress rate is remarkable.
Product Updates
API: Web search and fetch tools now automatically write and execute code to filter search results. Improves response quality and token efficiency.
Claude in Excel: Add-in supports MCP connectors. Works with S&P Global, LSEG, Daloopa, PitchBook, Moody's, FactSet. Pull context from outside spreadsheet without leaving Excel.
Pricing
Same as Sonnet 4.5: $3 input / $15 output per million tokens.
Free tier upgraded to Sonnet 4.6. Now includes file creation, connectors, skills, compaction.
Why This Matters
Tasks that required paying 5x more for Opus now work with Sonnet. Changes cost structure of building with Claude.
Free and Pro plans got significantly more capable without price increase.
Computer use becoming practical for real work. Early experimental phase over.
1M context window at Sonnet pricing makes long-document analysis accessible to more users.
